Since OnDemand Access doesn't have an SLA, we typically respond to Access service requests within 1 business day, depending on the type of request. Our OnDemand Access service is on an 8x5 schedule and includes remote and on-site engineering with the option for after-hours access that would need to be scheduled in advance.
Need a more immediate response within a guaranteed timeframe? Our OnDemand Assurance, that includes an SLA, might be a better fit for your organization.
Yes. We partner globally with several “smart hands” services for onsite resources when needed. In those instances, typically Layer 1 or hardware failure issues, our OnDemand team would manage the entire process and direct the smart hands resource as required to fix the problem.
