The Contracts Manager position is a member of the Corporate Services Team. This individual will assist in the review, negotiation, and execution of customer and third party legal agreements along with other departmental responsibilities.
The successful candidate will be a motivated self-starter with significant prior experience working with contract documents and legal agreements, ideally in the technology industry. A Bachelor's degree from an accredited university and significant Contract Management experience is required.
In your role, you will assist in multiple contract negotiations for the organization and onborading new vendors and customers while protecting IE business interests. A solid command of basic legal concepts is essential. Experience with fee for service and sales of goods contracts is preferred.
The organization will expect the successful candidate to review and revise various legal agreements and ensure these documents are within negotiated and agreed-upon parameters reflecting company business objectives.
The successful candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills and be comfortable engaging with internal and external stakeholders. This position is best suited for someone who is organized and capable of working independently without supervision and within a team environment.
