The Client Services Representative is a member of the CSR Team and plays a pivotal role in the creation of customer quotes and general support of the assigned Account Managers and their clients. Use of, and strong familiarity with vendor product configuration tools, order-entry and other transactional support, in addition to general conversancy with industry standards and norms is essential. Candidates should also excel at attention to detail and working within a fast-paced environment.
Success in this position is measured by the ability to fulfill customers’ needs by effectively communicating with all parties to ideal solution/resolution. A successful candidate will have a solid technical affinity, strong communication and organizational skills and be comfortable speaking with Account Executives, Customers, and Sales Support colleagues. This position is best suited for someone who is organized and capable of working efficiently on their own without supervision and within a team.
