As your IE Solutions Architect, I facilitate the process of helping turn technologies into meaningful solutions. For over a decade, I've supported local, county, state and federal agencies, first responders, airports, schools, and hospitals in achieving their goals and succeeding in realizing their vision. I’ve had the honor of engaging with public sector customers from around the world, at all levels and have developed a global perspective.

It’s important to me that we deliver the tools your teams need to provide the best possible experiences and outcomes for the constituents we all serve. This includes connecting systems, digitizing communities, and leveraging all technology architectures with an eye toward greater efficiency, reliability, scale, and security. I joined IE with over 35 years of multi-architectural experience and a deep passion for the Internet of Things (IoT) and cross-organizational development.

My wife, three children, and I live in North Carolina and have close family in Georgia, South Carolina, and Tennessee. This makes my work deeply personal. I’m proud to know that our success is directly tied to improving the quality of life in the states, counties, and towns where my family and friends live. I love time with my family outside, playing golf, and taking in the occasional hockey or baseball game. On Saturdays, I’m blessed with the opportunity to serve regularly at our local food pantry delivering freshly picked, community-grown produce to people in our community that need a little help.

As your Client Services Rep (CSR), I play a pivotal role in the creation of customer quotes, receive, validate and process purchase orders, and overall support of my assigned Account Managers and their customers. I’ve been in the IT industry for 14 years and joined the IE Family 7 years ago.

I’m a French Canadian who’s established new roots in North Carolina. My husband and I have three boys and a granddaughter. On weekends, you’ll find me in a hockey rink or on the water at the lake.

As your IE Senior Client Services Representative, my role focuses on data analysis, quoting, and all aspects of transacting original equipment manufacturer (OEM) service renewals. As a Cisco Services Expert, I also assist our team with contract management and access/entitlement issues. I've been in the industry 17 years and in the partner space for ten, all with IE. My goal is to make sure that our customers have the access they need when they need it!

Originally from Green Bay, Wisconsin, I moved to Charlotte 10 years ago to be closer to my son & grandson. Being from Green Bay, my whole family and I are huge Packers fans. During football season you can find me watching the games with my son, Tim, and my grandson, Brett, cheering loudly. I show my team pride in my Packers-green Equinox with my special Packers plates & accessories. Go Pack, Go!

As the IE Manager of Customer Success, my role is to ensure that our customers understand not only what they’re entitled to from purchases but that how to access those entitlements. Understanding your vision, mission, and initiatives help me ensure we collaborate with the right resources internally to help you succeed on the path to your desired business outcomes. From transacting to adopting and renewing, my team is here to ensure you have what you need to succeed. Even after 25+ years of industry experience focused on Cisco Services, as well as organizational operations, I remain as passionate as I was when I began my career. I embrace daily challenges as new opportunities to help; certain that if I can help one person today, I have succeeded. I truly care about our customers and feel fortunate to be at IE where I can be another one of the People Connecting People.

I have five large dogs that are my children. All of my spare time is spent catering to their every need and laughing with my husband. When I’m away from work, I can be found walking on the beach near our home or throwing a tennis ball somewhere on our 3.5 acres for a dog…or five.  They don’t seem to care that “mom” is a bad throw!
